Return & Refund Policy

Important Note Regarding Fragrances: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any fragrance products where the seal has been broken or the bottle has been sprayed.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original, sealed packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Any fragrance product where the plastic seal has been removed.
  • Any fragrance product that has been sprayed or used.
  • Discovery Sets, due to the nature of the trial-size vials.
  • Gift cards.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your fragrance arrives damaged, leaking, or with a defective atomizer, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lifecrown.co.za with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement immediately.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the seal.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa head office. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
