Life Crown Partner Terms

These Partner Programme Terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and specifically govern your relationship with Life Crown as an independent Life Crown Partner.

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

As a Life Crown Partner, you are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, franchisee, or legal representative of Life Crown. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and compliance with local laws.

2. Fragrances and Orders

Fragrances are non-refundable once opened or used. Items in your order (including fragrances and golf shirts) may not be substituted unless agreed upon in writing by Life Crown. All subsequent restock orders must meet the minimum order values specified in your Partner Account to qualify for wholesale pricing.

One-Time Pack Restriction: Each specific Starter Pack tier (Crown Starter, Crown Agent, or Crown Business) may only be purchased once per verified Life Crown Partner. Starter Packs are introductory business packages and may not be repeatedly purchased as normal restock orders. Duplicate accounts or the use of another person’s details to obtain additional Starter Packs may result in cancellation of the order or Partner Account.

3. Pricing and Profits

Life Crown may provide Recommended Retail Prices to assist Partners. These prices are recommendations only and are not binding. Each Partner remains free to determine their own resale prices. Partners may not, however, use false discounts, misleading price comparisons, counterfeit products or deceptive advertising that may harm customers or misrepresent the Life Crown brand. Any stated "potential gross profits" are examples only and do not guarantee your actual earnings. Your actual profit will depend on your own sales efforts and business expenses (e.g., transport, data, marketing).

4. Independent Business & Margins

As a Life Crown Partner, you operate your own independent business. Your income is generated strictly through your retail product sales via two channels: (1) Direct Sales, where you purchase and hold stock to sell directly, and (2) Online Sales, where we hold the stock and fulfill orders placed via your unique link or QR code. Direct-sales partner pricing is calculated to provide a 15% gross margin based on the applicable Recommended Retail Price. Online-sales commission is calculated at 10% of the qualifying product value actually paid by the customer, excluding delivery fees, refunds and cancelled orders. Life Crown does not pay commissions for recruiting or referring other partners. Life Crown operates strictly as a wholesale supplier to your independent business.

5. Ethical Conduct and Social Media

You must not make false or misleading claims about the products or the potential income of being a Life Crown Partner. When using social media, you must clearly identify yourself as an "Independent Life Crown Partner." You may use approved Life Crown logos and marketing materials provided in your Agent App, but you may not alter them or present yourself as the official Life Crown corporate entity.

6. Customer Service and POPIA

You are directly responsible for the customer service of the clients you sell to. You must handle their personal data in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Do not share your clients' details with third parties.

7. Account Inactivity and Termination

If your account is completely inactive (no logins and no orders) for 6 consecutive months, Life Crown reserves the right to deactivate your Partner Account. Life Crown may also terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or act in a way that damages the Life Crown brand.
